This little creature is painted in a downtown Portland doorway along SW 2nd near Taylor, next to the hyper-trendy Lúc Lắc Vietnamese place. It's been there for a couple of years without anyone painting over it, so I imagine it's supposed to be there. I have a sneaking suspicion it's from an anime or a video game, and I ought to be embarrassed about not getting the pop culture reference.
